A science professor from the University of Texas in El Paso questioned Mexico’s methods of counting votes in 2006, in his book “2006 Electoral Fraud?.” Using a math analysis, he concluded Mexico's 2006 presidential election was rigged. Now, he has published “2012 Electoral Fraud?” which says Mexico has in place the same electronic systems to count the vote and is at risk of massive voting fraud.
