The passengers died after the bus caught fire and exploded. Family members charge that the undocumented immigrant is now being made a scapegoat in this disaster-related tragedy. The Mexican government took Robles' legal defense and a representative comments on the story.

TRIAL AGAINST HUMANITARIANS. Humanitarian aid groups are urging federal authorities to drop charges of transporting undocumented immigrants against two college students. Shanti Sellz and Daniel Strauss were arrested on July while taking to emergency care in Tucson three Mexican undocumented immigrants who had been lost in the desert.
